In April 2006, new growth charts became available from the World Health Organization. These growth standards are based on optimal nutrition and feeding practices and a healthy environment. The best thing about them is the fact that they are based on breastfed babies, with breastfeeding as the standard feeding source for infants in the first few months of life. These new growth charts are available below.
